RELAX TIME

It is very important and recommended to practice at least 30 minutes of relaxation every day. It is evident that it is not that it is necessary but essential, because in our stressful life that some lead they forget even to breathe. Lately, something as elementary – and therefore so easy to go unnoticed – is being rediscovered as good oxygenation of the body allowing blood to reach all cells and helping mental relaxation. Therefore, a few small “vacations” a day do not hurt: a little sport, a short walk, a little whim like a relaxing massage can help to disconnect and then recharge the batteries to feel great the rest of the day.
